Emergency medical services (EMS) agencies vary significantly in the use of quality improvement programs due to resource limitations and data collection barriers. As a result, EMS personnel may be unaware of opportunities to improve their care knowledge and skill. In this study, our objective was to provide individual EMS providers interactive quality improvement dashboards draw attention to opportunities for practice improvement based on their needs and concerns.

Learning Objective: Learn challenges and possible solutions for improving the quality of care at the provider-level through interactive data visualizations in low resource clinical settings.
