Description

Monitoring patient-generated health data is associated with improved patient survival in oncology. MSK Engage was evaluated for adoption rates, workflow integration, governance requirements, and visualization requirements. 31 instruments are used across 359 participating clinics. 36,516 unique patients have completed 98,616 surveys. There is extensive and timely engagement by nursing staff for alarm symptoms. Opportunities exist to enhance physician engagement with the data. Significant oversight with advanced visualization tools are required.
