Description
Using Walker and Avant’s theory synthesis methodology, a new framework was constructed. The User Experience to Adoption (UXA) framework builds on empirical evidence from nursing studies on UX, is informed by the Task-Technology Fit Theory and the Technology Acceptance Model. The UXA framework identifies related concepts and statements that influence UX and actual system use to outcomes that occur with UX. Testing of the UXA is underway.
