Description
Online Question and Answering (Q&A) communities are rapidly growing in the World Wide Web. One of the key issues in these communities is duplicated questions, which result in a large number of similar questions being posted on the websites. This study aims at automating categorization of submitted questions and suggest the relevant Q&A by calculating inter and intra-topic similarity amongst Q&As and incorporating concept-based similarity computing.
Learning Objective: Formulate an approach to adoption of health information technology for automating categorization of questions and answers on consumer health websites.
