Description

Pollen is a common trigger for pediatric asthma (PA) exacerbations and other allergic reactions. In order to perform translational exposomic studies, as a part of the Utah PRISMS Informatics Ecosystem, we are assimilating pollen data with other environmental data and biomedical data. This will the performance of studies that seek to understand the effects of cumulative, and species-specific environmental triggers along with their spatio-temporal variations.

Learning Objective: Development of infrastructure for performing exposomic studies with pollen and pediatric asthma as an exemplar
