I am a Informaticist working in Care Transformation at Intermountain Healthcare and an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Division of Epidemiology at the University of Utah Medical School. My expertise and research interests are in (1) novel data science methods; (2) uncertainty methods in artificial intelligence applied to medicine; (3) machine learning and natural language processing methods development; and (4) probabilistic diagnostic disease prediction and risk modeling.
