My focus is on development of practical analytics for biomedical research, which result in translational discoveries and improvements in health care outcomes. In particular, I am competent in statistical modeling of complex datasets including heterogeneous biological systems, healthcare enterprise-wide big data, and next generation sequencing modalities. My recent focus has been on haltering high-throughput assays for genomics and metagenomics for biomarker development.
