I'm a PhD candidate in Health Policy & Management at the Richard M. Fairbanks School of Public Health at Indiana University. I'm also a predoctoral fellow in Population and Public Health Informatics at the Regenstrief Institute under the National Library of Medicine T15 training program in biomedical informatics. My research interests include health information technology policy, health information exchange, interoperability, and population health informatics.
