I have over 18 years’ experience as a federal employee, first as an attorney with the federal Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation and most recently as a member of the KBS office. In the various roles of my federal career, I have provided legal and programmatic advice to senior management on numerous aspects of corporate information technology projects including acquisition, execution, strategic planning, capital planning, facilitation, process mapping and business case development. Additioally, I have nine years experience as a consultant, where I provided expert management consulting support services to a variety of federal agencies, including the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and the VA. I received my J.D. from Catholic University’s Columbus School of Law. I also hold a Masters of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Georgetown University Law Center and an M.S. in the Management of IT from the University of Virginia, McIntire School of Business, and I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
