Description
This presentation will focus on findings from a secondary data analysis study looking at the relationship between adherence to the daily use of home telehealth (HT) devices and health services use, such as emergency room (ER) visits and hospital admissions, in Veterans enrolled in a home telehealth program for heart failure.
Learning Objective: At the end of this presentation, attendees will be able to identify potential predictors of emergency room (ER) visits and hospitalizations in Veterans enrolled in a home telehealth program (HT) for heart failure.
