Clinical integration of patient reported outcomes (PROs) provides direct insight into the patient experience of health and healthcare. There is a need to develop electronic PRO (ePRO) reports that efficiently integrate effective PRO visualizations into providers’ clinical workflows. The objective of this qualitative study is to develop a stakeholder-informed model of critical design considerations for ePROs reporting tools that support successful clinical integration of PRO data.

Learning Objective: Identify critical user-centered design considerations related to content, design, and key functions for ePROs reporting that support successful clinical integration of PRO data, and contribute to patient/provider communication and shared decision-making.
