Description
The purpose of this study is to adapt a mobile health (mHealth) app and practice model that leverages electronic patient-reported outcome questionnaires for asthma symptom monitoring that was previously developed for subspecialty care, for use in a primary care setting. We are interviewing multiple stakeholders to identify user-requirements, workflows and determine integration requirements. We have identified several new requirements based on feedback from design sessions. The NASSS framework has helped guide our process.
Learning Objective: Understanding the process of a user-centered design approach to adapting a mobile health app and practice model for primary care.
