Abstract Body: Hospice care (HC) has been shown to benefit patients facing end-of-life (EOL), yet patients encounter knowledge gaps and psychological barriers to initiating hospice discourse. The goal of STRIDE clinical decision support (CDS) is to promote autonomy and self-efficacy among patients making EOL decisions (e.g., preferences, desires) through a technology-enabled, patient-centered and personalized platform comprised of decision support resources.
