Company Overview

Carolina Health Informatics Program (CHIP) is an interdisciplinary research and training program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. CHIP is dedicated to the use of informatics and data analytics to improve healthcare through dedicated research, entrepreneurship and education. CHIP has several degree programs: Clinical Information Science Certificate; Online and Residential Professional Masters degree; and a Doctoral degree in Health Informatics. CHIP also supports two innovative education programs: DataAware (Data Analytics for Teen Advancement: Applications in the Workforce and Academics with Research Experience) and ENABLE (Extensible Network-Accessible Biomedical & Health Informatics Lifelong learning Environment).
