Rina Dhopeshwarkar is a Senior Research Scientist in the Health Care Department at NORC at the University of Chicago.

Ms. Dhopeshwarkar's work focuses on evaluations of innovative care delivery and models as well as Medicaid policy and health information technology policy projects. She has served as a monitoring task lead for the Financial Alignment Initiative. Activities under this task include: developing reporting specifications, collecting health plan performance data, validating data and generating monitoring reports for CMS. Additionally Ms. Dhopeshwarkar has played a significant role in qualitative data collection and analysis for the Health Care Innovation Awards Disease Specific Portfolio. Ms. Dhopeshwarkar currently also serves as the project manager for the PCOR Trust Fund Resource Center, which provides support to ASPE's PCOR Trust Fund-funded projects related to building data infrastructure for PCOR.

Prior to joining NORC, Ms. Dhopeshwarkar served as a Senior Research Coordinator at the Center for Health Informatics and Policy at Weill Cornell Medical College where she coordinated several AHRQ-funded grants and evaluations of New York State's health IT infrastructure projects funded through the Healthcare Efficiency and Affordability Law for New Yorkers (HEAL-NY).
